rarieunpri provides professional pet care services including grooming, wellness consultations, training, boarding, nutritional guidance, and urgent care response. All services are provided subject to availability and appointment scheduling.
Appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form or by email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
For extended care boarding services, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon collection of your pet.
