Our facility is located in Fitzroy, easily accessible via public transport or car. Street parking is available on Brunswick Street and surrounding side streets. Metered parking applies Monday through Saturday.
The nearest tram stop is Brunswick Street/Johnston Street (route 11). From there, it's a 3-minute walk north.
If arriving by car from the CBD, take Victoria Street east, turn left onto Brunswick Street, and our building is on the right after approximately 800 meters.
We operate by appointment only to ensure each animal receives focused attention without disruption. Emergency situations may be accommodated based on availability.
